By downloading, accessing, or using the FundsAudit application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must register and authenticate using your phone number and OTP through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any codes used to access the App.
Premium access may be purchased within the App. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Premium currently offers notifications intended for premium users. Pricing and availability may change. Any applicable taxes are your responsibility.
The App integrates with third‑party services (e.g., Firebase for authentication and Razorpay for in-app payment). Your use of such services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms or as required by law.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. FundsAudit does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Information and insights generated by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for premium access during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
